Deborah Hahn, DO Dr. Deborah Hahn is a board certified family physician. She earned her medical degree from Midwestern University - AZCOM. She completed her residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital.

Briann Hicks, PA-C Originally from Helena, MT, Bri completed her undergraduate degree in Human Physiology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Oregon, where she discovered her passion for the sciences. During that time, she worked as a nutrition intern for collegiate athletics and as a laboratory assistant in a Zebrafish research lab. She later moved to Portland, OR, where she served as the lead medical assistant in a dermatology practice for four years—an experience that inspired her to pursue a career as a physician assistant. In 2023, Bri relocated to Phoenix to attend Northern Arizona University’s Physician Assistant program, graduating in August 2025 with a 4.0 GPA. Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and starting her mornings with the daily Wordle.

Amy Hanford, FNP-C Amy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Certified since 2015, she brings a wide range of clinical experience caring for patients across the lifespan.

Amy is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and providing compassionate, personalized care. She focuses on listening closely, helping patients feel comfortable and understood, and working together to create practical plans that support long-term health and wellness. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.

She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Nurses Association.

Ashley Call, FNP-C Ashley is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years, gaining experience in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Interventional Radiology, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and medical-surgical nursing. Originally from Wisconsin, Ashley lived there for 36 years before relocating to Arizona in 2020. She is focused on providing compassionate, patient-centered care. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and their dogs at their cabin in northern Arizona.

Mitch Barnes, PA-C Mitch is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has called Arizona home for over a decade. After earning his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, he gained clinical experience in dermatology and neurosurgery and volunteered with organizations serving vulnerable populations in Phoenix. He earned his PA degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, where he received the Student of the Year award for academic excellence, professionalism and community involvement.

Mitch believes in compassionate, patient-centered care, emphasizing listening, shared decision-making and individualized treatment plans. Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking, grilling, exploring new places and spending time with his family.
